Day setting for Omega 1151 movement

Hello,

I recently reset the day on my Omega Speedmaster 3523, which has Omega 1151 movement. I reset the day because I hadn't worn it for a week. The time stopped around 0325 when I set the day. After I set up the day I realize I am not supporse to do that between "9pm to 4pm" from Omega instruction. And I did some research on Valjoux 7751 movement instruction, and most of them state "Do not set the day between 8pm to 2am". I am really anxious that I might have damaged my watch.... Any thoughts?? I guess I just need a expert to tell me it should be fine so I can sleep at night...! I am pretty sure it won't happen again!
