I would be interested in your tabulation of what is different about this watch and a 145.022.

Sorry -- you are wrong. You can still buy a 145.0022 today. And the watch I showed you is exactly what you asked about.

While the identifier of the watch has changed due to changes in Omega's nomeclature, the 145.0022 is basically identical to today's model 3570 (which is a PIC number). Omega lists it as for sale since 1968. Yes, details have been changed, but the movement is the same except for changing to rhodium plating in 1996 or so, adding a jewel in 1993 and a Delrin (instead of metal) chronograph brake since about 1980, and the dial and hand changes have been subtle. The bracelet has been upgraded several times, all of which are interchangeable. The case parts are interchangeable.

The 145.0022 a CASE reference number, of a hesalite crystalled, 861 or 1861 (rhodium plated) movement calibre watch which has had a variety of casebacks with different engravings, changes in which Omega did not bother to note with new case or PIC numbers. Technically, it refers to the strap version of the watch; the bracelet version is 345.0022. Omega simply began referring to the 145.0022/345.0022 as the 3570 when they began using seven digit PICs to sell watches.

The watch I showed you photos of was a 1998 variation of the above watch with broad arrow hands, a dial without "Professional" and an applied Omega symbol, a silver bezel and a different caseback. It is otherwise identical and precisely fits the criteria you stated. Known as the 1957 Replica, the basic 3570/145.0022 Moonwatch was altered to resemble the original Speedmaster as issued in 1957 with a silver bezel and "broad arrow" hands.

This is the watch that came in the Speedmaster MISSIONS suitcase.

To my knowledge, this is the only instance of a manual Speedmaster with "broad arrow" hands. There have been many automatic Speedmasters with broad arrow hands.
