: there any cases?

No, Omega does not sell travel cases for their watches. They do provide owners with a similar case to protect the watch when it comes back from a service, but these are not available for sale. They come up from time to time on ebay but Omega does not sell them. Im sure you could find something suitable in a store that sells travel supplies like luggage, etc. Ive seen padded zipper type cases before that would be perfect for what you are looking for. Heck, as a last resort, google it!

Good luck with your search.
