Defitely a fake Omega. The Aureole watch company was a swiss company that existed in the 40s/50s from what I read. The watch dial seems to be an Omega dial or a fake one at least, but definitely a refinished dial. The case is not Omega. It may be real gold if the watch is period correct. Don't know why someone would go through the trouble with this one. Even if it were a real Omega it wouldn't be worth that much with a poorly refinished dial.
