In Response To: Seamaster Pro Servicing ()

: Hi,

: My Seamaster Pro Automatic needs a service; the crown has become
: stiff to turn. The thing is, I'm at a loss to know where to take
: it. I'd like to find somewhere in the Bath to Cheltenham sort of
: area (though I'd be happy with anywhare +/- 40 miles of there)
: and while I bought the watch from Goldsmiths their record to
: date doesn't fill me with confidence (breaking the bracelet and
: on another occasion returning it to me with one of the pins
: sticking out of a link). Also, their warranty is 12 months while
: I understand that other places offer a 24 month warranty. Not to
: mention that I want the job done properly, preferably by Omega
: certified people.
: Can someone please recommend somewhere?

: Thank you.

Hi in my view the best man in the uk is Chris Heal at chealwatch in sussex just google his site. just fill in the sending form and post out your watch via insured special delivery. He will service and pressure test your watch at a good reasonable price.just put your watch in a jiffy bag with some bubble wrap around the watch.
