I had a different experience with my ESQ Modavo watch. The turning handle fell off just days after the two-year warranty expired. I contacted customer service, and they implied in a rude and condescending e-mail that it was somehow my fault the watch broke apart, as if I was a thief! I will not purchase another ESQ watch and strongly recommend others do the same. The watch literally just fell apart. (My ten-year old, $30 Nike sports watch, on the other hand, is still going strong!)
