As you can see it's by no means in mint condition. The case has many scratches and the hands are a bit faded although the lume still works fairly well. It doesn't come with a bracelet or strap.
If I do buy it I plan on sending it back to Omega to get the movement working again but I'm not concerned about the cosmetics. So I'm not looking for a full restoration. Just a repair and overhaul of the movement. Based on my research I'm expecting it will cost around $400-$700 to get it back and running with a bracelet. I'm planning on trying to find a used 1162 bracelet for it.
My question is how much should I offer for this and all things considered is it worth having it repaired?
