Speedmaster/seamaster misprint dial?Prototype?put together?

I purchased this watch recently off ebay.I liked it because it was unusual and I could find no reference to it anywhere. It is the same as a speedy mark 111 but its dial is marked seamaster. The case back is different also its reference is 176 001. This is the only caseback I have seen with this ref(176007 replaced this ref)I have seen this ref crossed out and replaced with the 176007.Please look up ebay item number 290337946379 to view watch and details.Any info or Ideas would be appreciated. My watchmaker has looked at this watch and says the dial appears original and not refinished at all.The caseback isnt the best fit(maybe it needs a seal to make it waterproof??I have contacted omega but have had no responce from a month ago.
