If your Dynamic is a first generation model and has an automatic date configuration, then pulling the crown is the worst thing you can do. The stem is removed by pressing a small release button inside the movement, which must be accessed through the crystal. The stem is then put in a pin vise and the crown is wound off.
Sorry but from the way you describe your predicament you're going to have to take the watch to a watchmaker no matter what.
