: I have a Omega Seamaster 300m Titanium. It's got few scratches on
: the wrist band and it is kind of annoy to me. I would like to
: get the scratches polished off so I took it to an AD. The watch
: maker told me that Titanium cannot be polished and they told me
: there's nothing they can do to get rid off the stratches...! So
: is it true? You can't fix scratches on a titanium made watch??
: Any suggestions??
: Thank you
Sure you can fix scratches. The methods are the same as with a stainless steel watch, but caution is advised. Titanium forms a thin but durable oxidation, and your scratch fix will remove some of this.
