What were your 2009 purchases and sales?

2009 was a bargain hunting year, with 3 watch purchases, including only 1 Omega. An additional two watches were purchased for my long-suffering spouse, the Watchwidow. With the lower prices (somewhat offset by gold prices), I was able to move "upscale".

My Watchwidow received two PPs this year, this Reference 448 from 1930 most recently. Both watches were originally men's models, but fashions change.

Reference 1432 from 1946; technically this was purchased in 2008, but needed some restoration and was not available for wearing until 2009

This one I do occasionally slip out of the house with . . . .

When I say 2009 was a bargain hunting year, all of the above were bought at prices amazing in pre-crash terms.

2010 will likely be more of the same . . . .

This is incoming, and was another bargain purchase
