Re: Mid size seamaster 2500 movement quality.
I have a 35mm DeVille with the 2500c movement I purchased just one year ago. It seems the midsize 35mm is no longer available in the DeVille, so I was lucky to get it when I did (does anyone know how many were produced?). No problems at all. I set the time last February to
www.time.gov and accidentally let it run down a couple of weeks ago. It had gained about 50s in one year! A masterpiece of precision engineering. I wear it every day. You'll love the Co-axial Seamaster.
By the way, I got it grey from Authentic Watches, in immaculate condition with serial number on lug and red dot seal intact. I'm aware this supplier has received mixed reviews. I have no complaints at all. Of course one sacrifices the Omega warranty when buying grey, but in the very unlikely event of needing repair then I'd rather pay the price for Omega service than trust anyone else.
