This watch is almost certainly NOT a Globemaster.
The Globemaster was a name the US distributor of Omega, Norman Morris, sold the Omega Constellation under for a time. There was a dispute over the use of the name Constellation with the manufacturer of an airliner of the same name. To my knowledge, all Globemasters were relabeled Constellations.
No vintage Constellation ever had a subseconds dial; all were sweep seconds. Hence, this watch cannot be a Constellation.
If it cannot be a Constellation, it cannot be a Globemaster, which was a relabeled Constellation.
