I saw Desmond's article some time ago, but obviously did not read it thoroughly, and haven't yet had the time to invest in reading further (I'm still at work as I write this). My assumption, based on other research, was that Globemaster was only used for US-destined Constellations.
I try to lay out my reasonings and beliefs, and cite my sources, so contradictory points can be easily raised at the point of issue. Assuming Desmond's research and article is correct (and I have no reason to believe otherwise), this watch could then be what it appears.
