Re: Verification and information on Omega Watch *PIC*

: Omega's can be most reliably identified by three numbers located
: inside the case.

: There is a case/model number on the inside of the caseback, likely
: in one of these two formats nnn.nnnn or nnnn.nnnn
: This can be looked up and the watch identified

: On the watch movement there will be two numbers:

: a movement calibre number nnn or nnnn
: a movement serial number nnnnnnnnn; this will allow a dating of the
: watch

: Photos of the inside of the watch would be very helpful.

HELLO HEWBOY

Thanks for your suggestions.

Unfortunately, the watch is in Dallas in a safe deposit Box and I live in California.

I was only able to get a couple of photo's of the watch while there. I plan on retrieving the watch when I;m there sometime in late May.

Please keep pursuing any information you can find going by the photo and description if possible.

When I gain access to the watch I will then be able to locate the identifying information. (This is still a couple of months away)

Thanks for the good work people.

Cheers

Wills
