It's a case ref 2402 from the late 40s as told to you. It's most likely a bumper automatic caliber 342. The case appears to be in decent shape but the dial has been poorly refinished. The watch I don't believe was a "seamaster" and was probably imprinted during the redial to make it more appealing to someone unsuspecting. It should just say omega automatic on the face.

How much is it worth? Dunno. With a poor redial it isn't worth much to a collector. It's pretty to look at but I wouldn't spend more than a couple hundred on it and only if u are willing to spend $100+ for a proper redial.
