Never heard of them before. And a search of the Internet turned up nothing on them--except one reference on a watch site to http://www.tempic.de/ which does not respond as an active web site anymore.

You might try the main public forum at www.timezone.com. They have the largest number of collectors of all kinds of watches there. Surely someone there will know something useful on this brand.
