I am in a dilemma i recently acquired a constellation for less than 50.00usd and i cannot find info on this style on the inside the cal. is 1250 ser# is 32014190 and says it is 12 jewels and it says bulova +pat
two E'reversed to each other with an E over sa there is the #s9162 at the six oclock pos the the band is Stainless S F-300 and electronic on the face when i crossed ref 198.0028 stamped inside i found only 198.0027 i believe a modasa same cal could there be something rare about watch or just to good to be true please any imput would be greatly appreciated
