Very nice Jurgen!

I especially like the Ranchero. It's amazing to me how the modern day Railmaster's dial more closely resembles the vintage Ranchero's dial rather than the vintage Railmaster. Your three watches are great finds! Congratulations!

: Just before Christmas I bought the stainless from Al in Canada who
: found it in a box on his uncle's farm. Serial 1585xxxx It's now
: got a serviced movement, new glass and a correct crown. The
: white subsecond hand was correct size and model, so we opted to
: remove the paint. We refrained from polishing.. it's a
: "farm find" and there's nothing wrong with that. The
: dial is just nicely aged and we'll leave that alone. The
: ranchero is a very nice watch to wear. It's a very nice size and
: fits all occasions. I'm used to wearing rather chunky watches,
: so it feels light as a feather. Still deciding the right strap
: for it.

: While i was doing some late night research on the CK2990 I stumbled
: on the golden broadarrow from Germany. However from the small
: picture I read a serial like "1838xxx" but that
: obviously couldn't be correct. The next morning I contacted the
: owner, confirmed the serial 1636xxxx and bought it. Great patina
: to it's amazing "dresswatch" dial, and with all
: original golden broadarrow hands, and a movement that looks like
: it came straight from production.

: Then last night I won the "Dauphine" on ebay. Again from
: Canada. Bad pictures and I couldn't even read or get the
: serial.. it's either a 1683x or a 1583x, just can't read it.
: Caseback stamped 2990-1 only, where the "broadarrow"
: is stamped PK 2990-1. I'm sure that sometime in the future
: they'll be joined by a standard stainless broadarrow white
: dial.. lot's of redials and fakes out there... but I'll find an
: unmolested example.

: Once all are here I'll have a photographer friend spend a day
: shooting pictures. Can't wait. In the meantime I'm going to see
: if I can get a volume discount from the Omega archives :-)
