Seamaster Quartz gaining time

I have a Seamaster Midsize 300M that is a bit more than 3 years old. I replaced the battery when the bracelet needed service because the Pins were falling out shortly after I had gotten the watch and again recently when the pin problem re-occurred. Accuracy was excellent at a few seconds per month until recently. I did not check immediately after the watch was returned from service but when I now check the watch gains more than 7 seconds per day. What could have caused this change. I am told that this movement is not adjustable.
