Being a full time watch watcher/spotter, I am surprised how often Tissot catches my eye. For some reason, I like their designs, BUT this Tissot is in a world of its own. Very impressive, both inside and out.
Thanks for this enlightening post, for as a novice in horology, you have opened my awareness by your sharing this beautiful example by Tissot. So much to learn.
It is so hard to get my head around the fact that this watch (and a lot of others) is from the 30's or their abouts. A lot of vintage watches leave me with that jaw dropping feeling. I always thought that anything technically amazing was modern, thankfully, in this case, I love being proved wrong.
