It appears to be a seamaster 120 from mid 90s. The center of the dial should have a wave pattern. Have a jeweler open it for you. Should have omega caliber 1120 inside. These dont have much collector value at the moment but if you got it for $350 and it's authentic then it's a pretty good deal. The watch seems to be in rough shape and most likely needs a service which will cost $300 to $500 depending on what's done. A fully serviced nice example may be worth in the $800 to $1000 range. These pieces are smaller than a regular seamaster at 38mm similar to the midsize seamasters which themselves are not as valued as the 42mm full size versions.

If you can get some clearer pics of the dial it will help authenticate.
