Planet Ocean Calibre3313 watch wimder settings

Hi all
I'm the proud owner of an Omega planet ocean (calibre 3313) Chromograph.(I changed the orange bezel and orange pushers for black ones ;looks great!)
I have the Wolf Designs Viceroy watch winder and was wondering which setting TPD to use.The Orbita website says 650-800 clockwise rotations is best for the calibre 3313 but the watchmaker who changed the bezel suggested using the bi-directional setting?
Any thoughts? has anyone ever asked Omega which settings are recommended?
