Here's the trick. They are not selling Omega watches online--they are merely showing a catalog of them with list prices. To order Omega watches from them, you cannot do it through the web site, you have to call them.
So as far as I can see, they *are* complying with the requirements that Omega has of their authorized dealers.
Omega will NOT allow their dealers to sell the watches through an online site. But authorized dealers CAN post information online to attract people to visit their stores or inquire or purchase by telephone.
But as L. O. Little said, contact Omega to be sure.
