The calibre 1350 is an Omega in-house quartz movement created in 1977, as with few exceptions, Omega used its own movements or Lemania chronograph movements prior to 1985 (and had common ownership with Lemania since 1926).
ETA was, at that time, a separate and unrelated firm. Omega began to use ETA movements in 1985.
While given the intertwined nature of Swiss manufacture, it is possible that Omega and ETA collaborated on the development of quartz movements in the late 1970s, I am unaware of it.
The only source of a matching replacement movement is thus Omega.
