What issue does the watch have and what model is it?

Is it a quartz watch, or a mechanical? And, how many is a "zillion"? Three times, four times, five times? Did they charge you each time? How long was the turnaround time for each repair? Need to supply a bit more info before you'll get much response here, I'm afraid.
