Thats a great question! I have purchased two watches from Ashford and have heard they are very reputable and all the watches do come with serial numbers in tact. My latest purchase came via an authorized dealer but the warranty is only good for one year. Ashford gives a 3 year warranty which I believe they stand behind but I have not needed to use. (OH, did I mention that Ashford will beat the authorized dealers price 90% of the time)
