Hello Steve
You should hav quite a few options as the watch is vintage but not so old.
First I would suggest - inferring from your email address that you're Australia-based- tapping some Oz spares suppliers such as Watchadoo (usual disclaimer, no financial interst or ties to the seller etc.)
Second, try your local Omega AD or the official Omega repair centre; as last ditch resort, they will turn to Bienne's at Omega HQ.
If none of this works I would still rather go for an OEM than build it up from parts.
Cheers
Fabrizio
