I too have purchased from Ashford and have been very satisfied. I haven't had to use the warranty however. Keith is right about the prices. In the past the Ashford price was considerably better in many cases than the brick and mortar dealers. That does not seem to be the case anymore with dealers typically offering about the same price. There are some advantages dealing eyeball to eyeball, like immediately sizing, but getting three years of warranty rather than one is a deal the authorized dealers can't offer. Paying for a repair in year two or three can be costly. Personally, I feel more comfortable getting the additional warranty. You may feel differently.
