With the problem being a misalignment on the OUTSIDE of the bezel, it sounds like the bezel insert that contains the numbers was not put on right.
But since you just bought the watch, see if the dealer you bought it from will swap it for another one so you don't have to wait while that one is repaired.
Have never heard of an email address for Omega Canada, but their postal address and phone number are on the Omega web site at http://www.omega.ch. Just click on the NETWORK link.
