Keith,
I suppose it depends on the individual watch, just like with all the online merchants. Like I mentioned before they carry an enormous selection, not just Omegas. I really don't want to say anything negative about any merchants, but personally I was interested in two Omega models, one of which had to be special ordered, Total Time had one of the models in stock and was able to special order the other model for me. (A special order was not an option with the online merchants I contacted) And Total Time gave me the BEST price I have seen. Period. So...factory authorized, 2 year additional warranty, a large chain of stores that have been doing business longer than the internet has been around, need I say more.
