Hi! I have a SMP bond model and I was reading the tech info on this site and I read something about, turn the time backwards is bad for the watch, cause the watch is suppose to go clockwise and not the other way, so if I want to change the time to 3 hrs back, do I have to turn it forward?
My other question is that, how does the date work, I mean how do I know if I am setting the time for am or pm? and when the calander will change?
Any help is appricated
