: Great Derek, I'm one of the five! Why wouldn't
: the dealer fill out the Warranty card?
Probably just forgot. Particularly of those dealers that are in the shopping malls, many of their salespeople are very watch ignorant--probably previously worked in any one of the other mall stores. I went into one of those stores not too long ago and recognized the salesperson as someone who had previously worked at a nail salon my wife used to go to!
While I do not begrudge anyone a move upwards in their career--it shows that some watch salespeople are just doing a sales job for the money and are not long-term or career jewelry or watch specialists.
If you haven't been to Brown & Co., check them out. They are the one Omega dealer I've been to locally where the staff could talk very intelligently about not only the products they have in the cases, but also about new and upcoming models.
