Here in Finland the bond SMP's suggested retail price is 9200 FIM (=1387 USD) and for the quartz version 7500 FIM (=1130 USD).
Few months ago I saw authorized Omega dealer offering the bond quartz model for 5400 FIM (=812 USD).
