Mark is absolutely right. This site is the best on the net; it gives the time delay (which is usually less than 1 second !) and continually updates. Since it continuously updates, it is also useful for staying online. Most IPSs bump you off line after XXminutes of non-use. By clicking on this site when you're away from your computer, you will stay online.
