Omegamatic watch

Okay guys, let me ask you another few questions about the "omegamatic" movement. I beleive I have decided to buy a seamaster with this movement because of the dial and Bezel, but I worry about getting it serviced and what not. Does anyone know the costs involved with the maintenance on one of these VS an automatic? I would actually prefer an auto, but I really like the look of the Omegamatic. Also, should I go grey market or authorized? What about the resell value on one of these? Normally grey market doesn't bother me because I have good jewelers I trust, but this movement is relatively new, and I don't know if many people besided Omega know much about it. Thanks for any and all reply's!
