Is this Ashford company for real?

Cause I might order from them if they are.Can I really get an extra 20% off the price they post on the net - which is already discounted by the look of things?
Has anyone used them or had watches shipped to them overseas through this company? I am dubious of follow ups if anything goes wrong - as well as about buying sight unseen.
Finally, will it be at allcheaper if I can get a friend to buy me an Omega from Switzerland itself?
