Eric, Ashford will ship it in both the outside white box and inside red leather box. There was an article in the Dallas Morning News last week and the CEO of ASHFORD claimed they were in this for the long haul and had the cash to continue to operate despite the falling NASDAQ prices. I feel confident they will continue for at least the near future. If there is anything wrong with the watch you should know very soon. I recently returned a mid-size that was too small for my wrist and they gave me full credit with no hassle.
