I've noticed very attractive prices on Omega watches on Ashford.com's web site. Is Ashford.com an authorized dealer of Omega watches or is it a "grey market" vendor? Their adds claim that they (Ashford.com) will honor the 1-year warranty that the manufacturer offers and they go on to state that they will further offer an extended 2-year warranty. It sounds like they are trying to assure customers that watches will have some warranty if not from the manufacturer itself. So, is Ashford.com legit? Can people be assured of getting a brand new watch from the dealer thru them?
