Well said. I'm just about convinced that Ashford's the way I'm going to go, too. You boiled it down to some fairly simple elements. My biggest concern was how much risk of a warranty failure situation am I taking on with an automatic mechanical-movement watch. If it's about the same as quartz, seems like a no-brainer to me. Thanks for your comments!
