I came to this forum some time ago to gather information on the Seamaster Pro thinking this was the watch for me. I still love the Seamaster, however in browsing the web and frequent stops at the local mall jewelers I have found myself leaning towards a Speedmaster. Specifically the date model 3513.5 This will be an every day watch and although its unlikely it I will ever test its 30m depth rating, I am active an somewhat hard on watches. I would like to know if the Seamaster is significantly more durable than the Speedy and if so in what ways because this will influence my decision. Also info on legibility at night would be of interest. This is a what I consider a major change in direction because what drew me to the Seamaster was is rugged reputation. Buying both is not an option at this time. I am very confused. Thanks for your help in advance and thanks for a great site.
