When new, my SMP was running about 4.5 to 5.5 secs/day fast when worn 24/7. After experimenting I discovered that leaving it in the 'crown right' position over night compensated a bit so the watch averaged +3.5 secs/day.
Now 4 months later. My SMP is less than 2 sec/day fast when worn 24/7. 'Crown right' is still the slowest position. But like the movement in general it too has slowed, so that depending upon the number of hours (usually 8-10) its in that position my overall deviation is now usually between -1 to +1 second/day. As a result, for the last five weeks I'm only 2.5 seconds off.
