That is correct. Omega is happy to repair any genuine Omega watch at *your* expense--no matter whether the serial number is on the case or not.

The only situations I have heard of them refusing to repair a watch were where it was either fake or a real Omega that had been bastardized with non-original parts. Most watch manufacturers refuse to touch such watches for both ethical and practical reasons.
