: I am in the market to buy a blk/blk Seamaster
: Quartz with new bracelet (non-bond). Is this
: going to be difficult to do in California.
In general, this is difficult to do in the USA. The authorized dealer network is not prepared to handle this. Frankly, you will have better luck on this ordering from the gray market dealer ashford.com than you will through an Omega authorized dealer.
: If I cannot get with watch can I purchase a
: aftermarket bracelet from Omega USA? If so
You will not want to do it that way! The replacement bracelet will cost about $400.
