Frank,
I had a blk/blk Seamaster Pro that I sold. I did not care for the Bond style bracelet, but did not understand when I purchased the watch that the new bracelet style was not being distributed in the US. Getting to my point, when I was seeking to sell/trade this watch, I exchanged emails with Gisbert at Joseph Watches. I understand he is in Spain but has a US affiliate. When trying to negotiate a trade with him for the SMP, he represented that he could readliy obtain this model in Europe with the new style bracelet. You might try contacting him. I was not able to reach a deal with him, so I do not have any experience to share. Please note that I have no affiliation or interest with Joseph Watches. Just thought the info might help.
I am new to this forum, so if I violated a plolicy fo this forum by listing this sight my apology.
