: "flyback" feature. What is this?
If I am remembering correctly, 'flyback' is a feature of some chronographs that allows you to reset the running chronograph back to zero without stopping the timing.
This can be used for example for timing individual laps by mentally noting the timing of the current lap at the moment you press the button--which then sets the timer back to zero and keeps going to time the next lap.
