Hi All,
I'm a first timer to this site and I think it's great! I bought a SMP (2531.80)for $1,070 from a local "grey" market dealer. Serial number was intact as well as the "red dot" on the back. The dealer offers a 2 year guarantee and actually was a pleasure to deal with. Dealers name and website will be e-mailed upon request.
Most of my questions were answered by reading the postings on this site and Omega replied to my e-mail on date of manufacture, etc. within three days!
Ok, so here is my question: my watch runs about 15 seconds fast per day but I've only had it for one week - is there a break in period for this watch or should it be within tolerances right off the bat? I haven't worn it yet (waiting for extra links) so I can return it to the dealer.
Thanks for your help and once again this is a great site...John SDGFINAN@AOL.COM
