I got a SpeedMaster Reduced as my wedding present (last December). Unfortunately, after one week, the chrono second marker/needle (large one) fell off its axis, and broke loose inside. During my first days, the watch was running damn fast, it settled down, but still needed more time to break in.
Furthermore, the chronograph's reset function did not really returned the needles to their precise "cero" spot (annoying). Additionally, I found lots of arm-hair on its bracelet, which I found to be particularly narrow for my taste.
Finally, I decided (with my wife) to return it to Omega and replace it for a 2531.80.00 Bond. Since then, this later one has been performing incredibly well (+0.5 Secs/Day). Not to mention its very stylish and stand-out-of-the-crowd appeareance.
Very best regards, and good luck,
Ferenc

: really like the look of the Moonwatch but
: think it might be too big, which leads me to
: believe that the Reduced model (3510.50)
: might be the watch for me. Does anyone have
: any advice or opinions (pro or con) which
: might help me in this?
: Any advice gratefully received.
