I bought my father's new Seamaster 120m from them. They are fully authorized, fully whatever. Service was awesome, they even called me down here in Venezuela. In short, they made that 5000+ distance almost transparent to me.
Watch was delivered in pristine conditions, with stickers, serial both on watch, bracelet and white box. Chronometer and Int'l warranty, plus all basic booklets, invoice and their catalog. They even sent me a personalized thank-you letter.
