You did not specify which metal your watch is made of.
But a standard jewelery polishing cloth for silver or gold available at any jewelry store works excellent on steel, steel and gold, or all gold Omega watches.
You really only need something special or specifically from Omega if you have the titanium version of the SMP. For that you want the "microlon sponge" they have available.
